How to Change my Password

To reset your password, you need to follow these steps:

1. Open the Betano account and click on "LOGIN."
2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the registered phone number or the registered email address and birthdate, then click on "Next."
4. You will receive a 4-digit OTP (One Time Password) on your chosen method. You need to enter the code and click on "VERIFY".
5. Finally, you will be able to create a new password.

If you would like to update your password via My account, you will need to follow these steps:

• Access your account and follow the path My Account - Profile - Login & Security.
• Click on the "Edit" button next to "Change Password"
• Type the old password and the new password
• Click on the "Save" button

Your password should ideally consist of at least 12 characters, with a combination of capital and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using your name, username or birthday in your password.
