Available tools
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum credit loss amount per month.
- Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount per month. For more information on deposit limits, click here.
- Wagering Limit: Set a maximum monthly wagering amount for Sportsbook and Slots.
- Automated Withdrawals: When enabled, any betslip settled as a win will trigger an automatic withdrawal from your Betano account via your last used transaction method.
- Withdrawal Request Cancellation: Activate or deactivate the ability to cancel withdrawal requests. Deactivating takes effect immediately; reactivating takes effect after 7 days.
- Account Closure: Exclude yourself from any activity on Sportsbook and/or Slots for a short period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanently.
- OASIS Self-Exclusion: Request self-exclusion through the OASIS system. Visit the RP Darmstadt website for guidance on the process and access to the application form.
