The verification of your withdrawal method depends on the deposit method you used for your transaction.

Klarna or Trustly:
If you deposited with Klarna or Trustly, please upload proof of your bank details (e.g. a bank statement, a screenshot from your online banking or a photo of your bank card).- Important: each IBAN can only be used by one customer.

Credit / debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay:
For withdrawals after a deposit with a credit /debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay we require photos of the front of each card used.

If you have deposited with Skrill, please verify your Skrill account with a screenshot from the section where your personal information is displayed.
