To verify a credit, debit, or prepaid card, you must upload a color photo or scan (no photocopy) of the front side of the card.
Important Notes:
- For debit/bank cards, the IBAN must be fully visible.
- For credit cards, your document will no longer be manually reviewed due to a new automated process – it will be processed directly by our system.
- Deposits and withdrawals will be allowed only with verified cards.
Therefore, you may upload the card without covering any information – all details can remain visible.
However, if you choose to cover certain information, please follow these guidelines:
- Only the first 6 and the last 4 digits, the expiry date, and the cardholder's name on the front should be visible.
- The CVV/CVC code (if visible) must be completely covered.
Important:
Please use only physical means to cover information (e.g., a piece of paper).
Digitally edited images (e.g., edited using an app or software) will be automatically rejected by the system.
