To verify a virtual or one-time card, you will need to provide one of the following documents.
Accepted documents
- Screenshot from your online banking platform showing the virtual card details.
- Official bank document (e.g. a bank statement or account confirmation) clearly showing the cardholder's name, card number, and bank logo.
Before submitting — what to show and hide
Make sure the following are visible on your document:
- First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number.
- Expiration date.
- Cardholder's name.
Make sure the following are covered:
- All remaining digits of the card number.
- The CVV/CVC code.

Go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process to upload your document.
