Follow the steps below and see how easy and fast you can validate a Revolut card:
1. For a "Standard" Revolut physical card, you have to send a photograph with its front side, where you should let visible the details of the card.
* For the security of your details, our automated system will cover the sensitive data of your card.
2. For a "Premium" or "Metal" Revolut physical card, you have to send one photo for each side of the card (back, front - 2 photos in total):
3. For a virtual card or for a "one time use" card, you can download a PDF document entitled "Card Confirmation".
How do you perform this action?
- Tap on the icon where your initials are displayed - up - left corner.
- Select "Documents and statements"→ "General" → "Card confirmation".
- You will be issued a "Card Confirmation" document in PDF format.
The screenshot/photo can be sent directly through your Betano account, from Profile > Verification Process.
Please note, when submitting this specific type of document, you must use the category Other Documents - Additional Document.
