To verify your bank account, you have the following options:
Option 1:
You can send us either a photo of the first page of your account statement or a screenshot from your online/mobile banking app. The document should include the following details needed for the bank transfer:
- Full IBAN
- The Bank's logo, Bank’s name, or SWIFT
- Your full name
Option 2:
Alternatively, you can upload a picture of your bank card.
- If the IBAN number is visible on the front side of your card, only the front side picture is enough for the verification.
- If the IBAN number is on the back side of the bank card, it is necessary to upload both sides. In any case, the card number, if visible on the card, has to be covered for security reasons.
Important: each IBAN can only be used by one customer.
To proceed with the verification, you will need to go to My Account → Profile → Verification process, and choose the corresponding option from the drop-down menu of IBAN Verification (Bank Statement, Bank Card with IBAN).
Please note that all documents must be clear, complete, and legible.
