The Cash Out option is an additional feature that activates automatically and is available in selected markets for both pre-event and Live bets, across multiple sports, including football, tennis, basketball, and volleyball.
Cash Out is calculated using a complex mathematical algorithm that considers various factors, including odds fluctuations, event details, match progress, and more. As a result, the Cash Out value offered is not guaranteed.
We cannot influence its availability, as it is technically beyond our control.
To ensure the Cash Out service is available, certain conditions must be met:
- All markets on your bet slip must be active and open for betting at the time you wish to Cash Out
- If the Cash Out amount is less than 5% of your initial bet, the option will not be available
- For events in the final minutes of the game, the Cash Out option may become unavailable
- If the market is blocked or the odds used for calculation have changed during the request, the Cash Out may be unavailable
- If the market is already decided, the function may not be available
Please note that:
- The unavailability of the Cash Out feature does not affect the outcome of your bet, which is based on your selected predictions
- The Cash Out feature is an additional service, that we continuously strive to improve
- In the footer of your bet slip, you can see for which match or market the Cash-Out option is available
- The bets settled after using Cash Out will not count towards the wagering requirements of any bonus/offer,
