The Cash-Out function allows you to secure winnings early and avoid losses during a live event, regardless of how the game ends. The full cash-out amount will be credited to your account — but not immediately.
Why the delay?
In accordance with German law, the cash-out amount is only credited once the live game on which you placed your bet has fully ended.
Example
You place a €10 single bet on FC Bayern to beat Real Madrid. Bayern leads 1:0 in the 60th minute and you accept a cash-out offer of €16. The €16 will only be credited to your account once the full match has ended — not at the moment you accepted the offer.
What about multiple bets?
For multiple bets, the payout is made after the bet has been fully settled — either when all matches have been completed, or as soon as one selection within the combined bet is lost.
