- Insufficient Funds: Your current balance may not meet the minimum withdrawal amount. Check the minimum required in the Transactions → Withdrawals section.
- Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have claimed a bonus, wagering requirements may apply before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Review the bonus terms and conditions for details, and track your progress under My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
- Pending Bets or Bonuses: Active unsettled bets or unclaimed bonuses will affect the total amount available for withdrawal. Ensure all bets are settled and any relevant bonuses are claimed before attempting to withdraw.
- Verification Required: Withdrawals are not available until your account is fully verified. Upload any pending documents via My Account → Profile → Verification Process and check the progress of your submission there.
