When can I withdraw a bet?
You can withdraw a bet and get your stake back immediately if both of these conditions are met:
- Every selection is pre-event. The event has not started.
- The odds are unchanged. They are the same as when you placed the bet.
When both conditions are met, the bet is withdrawn straight away, and your stake is credited back to your account. The Withdraw Bet option does not appear on bets that don't meet them.
What can I do if Withdraw Bet is not available on my bet?
Withdraw Bet is not available if the odds have changed since you placed the bet, or if the event has gone live. In both cases, you can use Cash Out instead if it is offered for your bet.
- If the odds have changed: Cash Out settles your bet at a value based on the current odds. The amount is credited when the market settles.
- If the event has gone live: Cash Out settles your bet at a value based on the live odds at that moment.
