The "Withdraw Bet" feature gives you greater control and flexibility over your bets. It allows you to withdraw a bet and receive an immediate stake refund — provided the bet includes only pre-event selections and the odds have remained unchanged since placement.
How it works by scenario
- Scenario 1 — Withdraw Bet available: If both criteria are met (pre-event selections only and unchanged odds), the bet is withdrawn immediately and your stake is credited back to your account.
- Scenario 2 — Odds have changed: If the odds have changed since the bet was placed, the Withdraw Bet option is no longer available. The Cash-Out option may be used instead (if available), settling the bet at a value based on the current odds. The amount is credited when the market settles.
- Scenario 3 — Event has gone live: Once the event goes live, the Withdraw Bet option is no longer available. Only the Cash-Out option may be used (if offered), with the credited amount depending on the live odds at the time of settlement.
