To cancel a Bonus Campaign, go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions → Bonus Money and click the bin icon. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm or cancel the action.
Possible scenarios
1. Cancelling an Upcoming Offer
The pop-up will ask you to confirm or undo the cancellation.
- Confirm — your account will refresh and the campaign will no longer be visible.
- Undo — you will be returned to your active offers.
2. Cancelling an Active Offer
A warning will inform you that any remaining bonus amount — including winnings from the bonus balance, claims, and any potential winnings from related side-offers — will be lost.
- Confirm — the offer will be removed from your active offers.
- Cancel — the offer remains active and no changes are made.
3. Cancelling an Active Offer with Open Bets
You will be prompted to cash out any open bets placed with the bonus balance before the campaign can be cancelled. Go to My Account → History → Bets to do this. Once all bets are cashed out, you can proceed with the cancellation. If no open bets are blocking the cancellation, the system will display the same message as Scenario 2.
4. Unable to Cancel a Campaign
If you encounter an error message indicating the campaign cannot be cancelled, check whether it has already been cancelled or completed by refreshing your account or logging in again. If the issue persists, please try again later.
