To cancel a Bonus Campaign, navigate to My Account → Promotions → Active promotions. In the Bonus Money section, you'll find a cancellation button, represented by a bin icon. This allows you to cancel an active bonus campaign or reject upcoming related offers.
Once you click the bin icon, a pop-up window will appear, providing details and asking for confirmation to proceed or cancel the action. Here are the possible scenarios you may encounter:

Canceling an Upcoming Offer
The pop-up will prompt you to confirm or undo the cancellation. If you confirm, your account will refresh, and the campaign will no longer be visible. If you undo, you will return to your active offers.

Canceling an Active Offer
When canceling an active offer, a warning will inform you that any remaining bonus amount, including winnings from the bonus balance, claims and any potential winnings related to other side-offers, will be lost. Confirming this action will remove the offer from your active offers. To avoid this, you can select cancel.

Canceling an Active Offer with Open Bets
You'll be prompted to cash out any remaining bets placed with the bonus balance. Go to My Account → History → Bets to do this. Once all bets are cashed out, you can cancel the campaign. If no bets block the cancellation, the system will display the same message as scenario 2.

Unable to Cancel a Campaign
In some cases, you may encounter an error message indicating that the campaign cannot be canceled. Ensure the campaign hasn’t already been canceled or completed by refreshing your account or logging in again. If the issue persists, we recommend trying again later.
