If you cannot log in, you can regain access by recovering your username or password using the steps below.

Forgot your username?

If you forgot your username:

1. Go to the Betano login page
2. Log in using the email address you used to register

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password:

1. On the login page, click “Forgot your password? Click here”
2. Enter your email address or mobile number and your date of birth
3. Follow the instructions to reset your password
4. Once you enter these data, you’ll receive an email, an SMS or a voice call with an OTP code for resetting your password.
