Track Your Withdrawal with the Betano Withdrawal Progress Bar!
At Betano, we want to give you full transparency and control over your withdrawals. The Withdrawal Progress Bar lets you track your withdrawal in real time, reducing uncertainty and improving your overall payments experience.
When you initiate a withdrawal, the request goes through several steps before it is completed.
1. How to check your withdrawal status
- The status of your withdrawal request will be displayed automatically on the Withdrawal Submission page once you initiate your withdrawal via My Account > Transactions > Withdrawal.
- You can also track the progress of your withdrawal and receive real-time updates via My Account > History>Transactions.
2. Verification Requirements
If your account or selected payment method has missing verification documents, the Withdrawal Status “Needs Action” will appear.
- A message will clearly indicate which documents are required.
- You will be guided to the verification screen to upload the required documents.
- Once the verification is completed, your withdrawal will continue processing.
3. Withdrawal Processing Statuses
A. Withdrawal Queued for Completion
Once your withdrawal enters the queue for processing, the following status will appear on both your Withdrawal Submission Page and Transaction History:
- Withdrawal In Progress
- Reviewing your withdrawal
- Your withdrawal request has been received and is under processing.
Withdrawal Sent to Provider
Once the withdrawal is sent to the provider, the status changes to:
- Withdrawal In Progress
- Finalizing your withdrawal
- Funds on the way!
- Withdrawal Successful!
- In this phase, your funds have been sent by Betano and are currently being processed by the financial institution.
Kindly note that once your withdrawal has been successfully completed, you will receive a real-time push notification on your device confirming the successful transaction. Push notifications are only available to users who have enabled this option in the Notification Center.
B. Withdrawal Not Queued for Completion
If the withdrawal is not yet queued, the following messages will appear:
- Withdrawal In Progress
- Reviewing your withdrawal
- It’s taking longer - stay tuned for updates.
This status means that your transaction is taking extra time to complete, as it is currently undergoing additional review to ensure accuracy and security.
Cancellation Option
If your withdrawal has not yet been sent to the provider, you will have the option to cancel it via the Cancel Button in Transaction History.
