The Account Closure and the OASIS Self-Exclusion are responsible gambling tools, designed to help players manage their gambling activities. Here’s how each option works:
Account Closure: This feature allows users to be self-excluded from their Sportsbook and/or Slots activity for the following period: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, Permanent. It is not possible to cancel or shorten an account closure period of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. If you have set up a 30-day account closure and wish to shorten it, the change will take effect after 7 days. In the case of a permanent account closure, a reactivation request will be reviewed individually.
OASIS Self-Exclusion: This feature will be applied to both Sportsbook and Slots and will exclude you from all betting providers licensed in Germany. Once set through the OASIS system, a ban request cannot be lifted earlier than after a period of at least 3 months, depending on the time-frame and type of the requested exclusion.
