Account Closure lets you close your account if you no longer wish to play. You can activate this via My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
- Closing your account means you won't be able to deposit or use our products, but you can still withdraw any balance.
- The closure is open-ended until you reactivate. You may reactivate your account after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- The closure affects only your Betano account and applies to both Sportsbook and Slots.
- You confirm the closure and reactivation with your password. You are logged out immediately after confirming the closure.
Do not confuse this with the 24-Hour Take a Break button, which excludes you from all licensed operators nationwide for a fixed 24 hours — see "How does the Take a Break feature work?"
