There are two options for self-exclusion provided to our members, which can be found in My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
- Account Closure: You can choose to be self-excluded from your Sportsbook and/or Slots activity for the following period: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, Permanent via the option Account Closure.
- OASIS Self-Exclusion: Once set through the OASIS system, a ban request cannot be lifted earlier than after a period of at least 3 months, depending on the time-frame and type of the requested exclusion. Please note that this will exclude you from all betting providers licensed in Germany.
