You have the option to request deletion of your account and personal data.
Important: Once deleted, your account cannot be logged into again, and a new account cannot be created.
How to request deletion
- If you have access to your account: Go to My Account → Privacy Settings → Account Deletion. Make sure you're logged in before clicking the link.
- If you don't have access, or your account isn't verified: Send an email to dpo-office@betano.de.
