To request the reopening of your account, please use our contact form at the bottom of this page and select the category “Account problems” and the topic “Account reactivation.”
- If you request Self-Exclusion via OASIS, kindly refer to the website of the Darmstadt Regional Council.
- If you requested Account & Data Deletion and the process has been completed by our DPO office, you will not be able to re-activate the account or create a new one.
