According to our Bonus Terms, the bonus amount must be fully wagered before it can be activated and paid out.
How wagering requirements work
Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a €100 bonus with a 10x requirement means you must wager €1,000 in total before withdrawing.
When you receive a bonus, the funds are added to a separate bonus account balance and are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirements are met.
Tracking your progress
You can monitor your wagering progress at any time under My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
