How to use the form
- Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center homepage or any article.
- Click on the “Contact Form” icon.
- Fill in:
- Your name and email address.
- Select a category from the dropdown menu (for example: bonuses, bets, account, etc.).
- Write your message explaining your question or issue.
Attach screenshots or images (optional but helpful for faster support).
- Please note that for data protection reasons, you should only upload your personal documents under the section Account > Profile > Verification Process.
- Click on “Submit request”.
What happens after I submit the form?
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Our team will review your request and reply via email as soon as possible.
