Is your app crashing, freezing, or failing to load? Don’t panic. This is usually caused by an unstable internet connection, low device memory, or outdated software. Follow these steps to get the Betano app running smoothly again:
Force Close and Reopen the App: A quick restart of the app often resolves minor glitches.
iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button on older models) to view open apps. Find Betano and swipe it up to close it.
Android: Open your recent apps menu (swipe up from the bottom or tap the square button), find Betano, and swipe it away.
Action: Reopen the app to see if the issue is resolved.
Close Background Apps: If too many apps are open, your device memory might be full, causing crashes. Close other unused apps using the method above, then try launching Betano again.
Check Your Connection: A weak signal can cause freezing.
Ensure you are on a stable Wi-Fi network.
Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (4G/5G) to see if that helps.
Restart your router if necessary.
Update the Betano App: Old versions can be buggy. Ensure you have the latest version.
iPhone: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon (top right), and check for pending updates for Betano.
Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Manage apps & device, and update Betano if available.
Delete and Reinstall: If updating didn't help, a fresh install might.
iPhone: Long-press the Betano icon, select Remove App, then download it again from the App Store.
Android: Long-press the Betano icon, select Uninstall, then download it again from the Play Store.
Restart Your Device: This clears temporary cache and memory issues.
