Most technical issues on Google Chrome can be resolved quickly by using Incognito mode or by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
How to clear your cache and cookies:
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.

Click on Delete browsing data.
Set the Time range to All time.
Ensure both "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
Click Delete data.
