Live Stream is available for registered Betano customers. You simply need to log in to your account and open the live stream.
If you are experiencing difficulties with Live Streaming, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:
▪️ Refresh the Page: Sometimes, technical issues can be resolved by simply refreshing the page. Click the refresh button on your web browser to reload the page and attempt Live Streaming again.
▪️ Disable Ad-blockers: Certain ad-blocker extensions can disrupt Live Streaming services. Temporarily disable any ad-blockers you have installed and see if the issue persists.
▪️ Try a Different Browser: Attempt Live Streaming using a different web browser. This can help identify if the issue is browser-specific.
▪️ Uninstall/Reinstall the application: If you use our mobile application, please uninstall and reinstall it, and try again.
▪️ Logout/Login: If you use a web browser, please log out, log in to your account, and try again.
▪️ Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection. Low network bandwidth or connectivity issues can impact Live Streaming performance.
▪️ Update Browser and Plugins: Make sure your web browser and all relevant plugins (e.g., Adobe Flash Player) are up-to-date.
