Account Closure and OASIS Self-Exclusion are responsible gambling tools designed to help you manage your gambling activity. Here's how each option works.
Account Closure
Account Closure allows you to self-exclude from Sportsbook and/or Slots activity for the following periods:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
- Permanent
Important rules:
- A closure period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days cannot be cancelled or shortened.
- A 30-day closure can be shortened, but the change will only take effect after 7 days.
- A permanent closure reactivation request will be reviewed on an individual basis.
OASIS Self-Exclusion
OASIS Self-Exclusion applies to both Sportsbook and Slots and will exclude you from all betting providers licensed in Germany.
- Once set through the OASIS system, the ban cannot be lifted before a minimum of 3 months have passed, depending on the time frame and type of exclusion requested.

How to activate
Go to My Account → Profile → Player Protection to activate either option.
