OASIS Self-Exclusion (Germany)
If your self-exclusion was set through OASIS (Germany's nationwide centralized self-exclusion system) under the GlüStV 2021 legislation, please note:
- Ban requests can only be processed through OASIS — not through Betano directly.
- A ban cannot be lifted any earlier than 3 months after it was set, depending on the time frame and type of exclusion requested.
