Take a Break lets you block access to your account for a period you choose: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. You can activate it via My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
- It takes effect immediately after you confirm.
- You are logged out automatically.
- Your account moves to self-excluded status. You cannot log in or take any other action, including withdrawing your remaining balance.
- When your selected period ends, you can use your account normally again.
- You can extend the period at any time.
Can I shorten or remove my Take a Break?
24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days → No. The period cannot be removed or shortened.
30 days → Yes, but only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
Permanent → The request is examined individually.
Do not confuse this with the 24-Hour Take a Break button, which excludes you from all licensed operators nationwide for a fixed 24 hours — see "How does the Take a Break feature work?"
